How Long Does Shipping Take?
Nestelle offers tracked express international shipping to customers worldwide.
Delivery times typically range from 7–14 days, depending on your location. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as peak seasons, customs processing, or global events.
Estimated Delivery Times
Tier 1 Destinations
USA (excluding HI, AK, GU, PR), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, Spain, and Poland:
- 7–14 days (tracked international shipping)
- Orders not delivered within 45 days from the order date are eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Tier 2 Destinations
USA (HI, AK, GU, PR) and all other countries and regions:
- 21–60 days (tracked international shipping)
- Orders not delivered within 90 days from the order date are eligible for a refund.
Local Delivery Partners
Once your order reaches your country, it will be handed over to a trusted local courier, such as:
- USA: USPS, Fedex or UPS
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail
- Canada: Canada Post
- France: La Poste
- Australia: Australia Post
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email, and
- A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking allows you to monitor your order in real time as it moves through the delivery network.
How Do I Track My Order with My Local Courier?
We provide:
- An international tracking number
- A local (last‑mile) tracking number, when available
Once your order arrives in your country, you may use the local tracking number to check delivery status directly through your national postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post).
Please allow a few days for the last‑mile tracking number to become active. Estimated delivery dates usually appear once the parcel is in domestic transit.
What If I Don’t Receive My Order?
In accordance with our Refund Policy, Nestelle will issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive within 45 or 90 days (depending on destination) from the order date.
While we always strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs inspections, postal disruptions, or regulatory restrictions. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Why Isn’t My Tracking Information Showing Yet?
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Tracking data may take time to populate as the shipment passes through multiple logistics networks. If tracking information remains unavailable after this period, please contact our support team.

Nestelle ships to most countries worldwide, including but not limited to:

- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Germany

- Italy
- Netherlands
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Most of Southeast Asia
Customs Fees & VAT (EU Customers)
Under current EU VAT regulations (effective July 1, 2021), Nestelle is temporarily absorbing VAT costs for shipments to EU member countries (excluding the UK).
- VAT is paid through our logistics partner’s IOSS number
- Packages should clear customs without additional VAT charges
However, customers remain responsible for any VAT or customs fees requested by authorities for exceptional circumstances. Nestelle may revise this policy in the future if regulations change.
Shipments to the US, UK, Canada, and Asia are not affected by these EU regulations.
Does Every Order Include Tracking?
Yes. Every Nestelle order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package both internationally and domestically, depending on your location.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Tracking Number?
- Tracking numbers are issued within 2–5 business days
- For multi‑item orders, tracking details are sent once all items have shipped
Tracking details are emailed to the address provided at checkout.
How Do I Track My Order?
Simply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your tracking number manually on the carrier’s website.
Can I Cancel or Modify My Order After Payment?
Orders generally cannot be cancelled after payment.
However, small changes (such as adjusting item details) may be possible before dispatch.

Why Is There a Shipping Fee?
To ensure faster delivery, reduced handling risks, and full tracking visibility, Nestelle uses expedited shipping services rather than standard mail. This allows us to deliver your premium wooden utensils safely and efficiently.
